Profibus ?

Hello,

I would like to communicate to a slave device with it.
Just to test the functionality and set some parameters, writing reading
parameters. Does anybody have experience with it with an Applicom, Hilscher
or Siemens pci cp5613 master card or similar and of course Labview vi's.

Ich möchte mit einem Profibus Slave kommunizieren um die Funktionalität zu
testen und Parameter schreiben und lesen.
Hat jemand Erfahrungen gesammelt z.B. mit einer Applicom oder Siemens,
Hilscher oder andere pci card master mit der Verwendung von Labview.

Hi Herbert,


You can use the Applicom PF1500 card to talk Profibus. This is an OPC Server, so you can either use DataSocket or use the DSC Module as the OPC Client.
