Program Spartan 3e using LABVIEW 2012

Hello,

     I have been using labview for many years  and now I  want to program Spartan 3e using LABVIEW.

     I have installed all the necessary softwares including  labview 2012,FPGA module and LabVIEW FPGA for Xilinx SPARTAN-3E XUP Driver 2012.

     But my computer(windows 7-32bit) can not detecting the Spartan board . Need help.

Does the hardware get detected in the Device Manager?  Does the hardware get detected in MAX?  I think NI-RIO is needed, is that installed, or did it come with the software bundle?  Is the FPGA toolkit installed?  It should show a little FPGA glyph on the launch of LabVIEW, and should allow adding FPGA targets in a project.
