I want to create a program for charging and discharging of battery system during off peak and peak time slots in a day. peak/off peak time is pre defined and battery will charge/discharge based on its SoC level and load demand.
load demand is as a input parameters, and based on time slot peak or off peak it will charge or discharge ,idle the battery.
I am taking input as following:
LOAD current and voltage, grid current and voltage from NI 9074 c-RIO.
Charge/discharge command I will give to the battery inverter through the NI output module in a reference voltage form.

I have done extensive testing of solar inverters and charge controllers. Along with battery charge/discharge and capacity testing.
So what exactly is your question?

I just want to give command (Charge or discharge) to the CRIO thorough NI module with a reference signal, the command will be such that it will charge battery in off peak time and discharge in peak times.
lets say i have following time slots for peak/off peak/mid peak
14:00 - 17:00 Peak time;
22:00-1:00 Peak time;
4:00-10:00 off peak time;
run the program from t=1 for t=1 to 24hr.

This gives us some idea about what you want.
We still don't know where you're stuck.
We can't (and won't) make this for you. It's really hard to advice when you're not telling us if you have questions about sensors, cables, IO, LV Real time, architecture, timing, or what a block diagram is.
