So, next obvious question - can we get something more visible for what is being fed into the mean? At the moment with where the VI is there is nothing to say it's actually running. The other thing is, if it's in a latch state for the button then the mean will only be calculated when that button is pressed (and read). It really would help if you could post the VI...
