Programmatically control relational DB properties DSC

New in 2010 are the Relational DB properties for logging in the DSC module.  Are these feature exposed to allow programmatic deployment and modification?  I know they are not available in the Distributed System Manager and I have only seen this capability through the project explorer.

If you're referring to the 3rd party relational database settings, then the library settings dialog is the only place those can currently be set. That would, however, be a good item to put in the product suggestion center.
