Prompt User for input does not prompt

Hi, 

I am trying to use prompt user for input but when I run my code, no window pops up asking for values but just counts it as zero. Anyone know how to fix this issue? I am asking the user to input their birthday. (I have attached a screenshot). I am a beginner so please explain simply/step-by-step.

Not much to say. The pop up will appear unless a false is wired into Enable (or an error wired into 'error in', but you don't seem to have enabled this input).
