I do have the following problem:
I've to transfer a sound-measurement project to a new PC and I'm not sure whether my approach is correct.
How the program flow works: Visual Basic calls the PULSE project (Bruel&Kjaer FFT-measurement) and starts the measurement.The measured values were stored in different text-files, which will be used by LabView later. After that VB calls the LabView exe., further the LabView program controlls a stepp-motor via a NI-motion controller.
I have allready installed the runtime engine of LabView and the PULSE software on the new PC. Then I copied the LabView exe, the Visual Basic exe and the PULSE project to the same directory. But if I'm trying to start the Visual Basic exe on the new PC, the measurement device which will be called by PULS will not be found.
Do I have to rebuild the LabView exe or can I use the allready existing one?
Do I have to recompile the VB project and build a new exe?
