Put placemaks with GEplugin on google earth

I'm try to put some placemark on GE with GEplugin but no sucsess.help needed.

I was able to run the VI, but did not receive any errors. Did you?

What do you expect this VI to accomplish?

Are you sure you're using the GE API properly?

I'm not receive any error for the vi .i just want to create/palce a place mark on GE.

Well, I don't see anything wrong with the LV portion of your VI, but I am unfamiliar with Google's API. 

How do you know the placemark is not being placed?

I was unable to determine where is should be placed to look for it and GE did not go to the location on its own.
