If I understand your problem correctly, you want to plot all 7 waveforms. First, you must assign a color for each current waveform (courant) in the plot cosmetics array. Then you must highlite the entire array (click on the array border), right click and select Data Operations - Make Current Value Default. Save the vi. Close it. When you open it again, the colors you assigned should still be there, not greyed out. Turn the Show boolean on and your plots will be displayed. You can also use the same method Make Current Value Default on the Show array.
Your english is a little hard to understand. In the future, maybe you should post your question in English and in French. There are several people here that speak French. I can speak and read French, just have trouble writing (spelling). I come from the Cajun French area of Louisiana, where people speak French but don't read or write in French.
