Questions about the VISA error in the RT target

  When I use Measurement and Automation Explorer, and then  click the RT target and the remote systems, there are 2 category under the RT target, one is devices and interfaces, another one is software, when I open the devices and interfaces, it shows VISA error, I have used the Measurement and Automation Explorer to reboot the RT target and press the restart button on the device, but the problems are not solved.

Is there an error code associated with the error?  What RT target are you using?

If not, could you attach a screenshot of the error?

If it is VISA error -1073807202, you may not have NI-VISA and/or NI-Serial RT installed on the RT target.  The following KnowledgeBase explains this error.
