I need a swag quote for an automated system to dispense and place a
piece of Kapton film on an array of small electronic assemblies
arranged on a pallet. I hope to find an off the shelf system to do the
task, or something that would require minimal mods to do the job. I
will take your budgetary quotes and go over them with my boss and
select finalist for a final quote.
requirements:
kapton film piece- .005x.75x.75 in . Open to a variety of ways to cut
film to size. Dispensing from reel, precut pieces in dispenser or steel
rule die are methods that come to mind.
assembly pallet- 12 x 12 locations on 1 in centers
cycle time- ~10 minutes to do entire pallet
