Are you referring to the Programs and Features part of the Control Panel via Windows?

Yes indeed. That naming is not always very consistent. In my Windows 10 system it is called Apps & Features. But nevertheless there should be an Microsoft 365 entry of some sorts. When you click on that it asks for permission for the Microsoft Click-to-Run (SxS) application to make changes to your system. There you can select to do a Quick Repair which was in the past enough for me to get everything back to working after an upgrade.

I ended up resolving the issue, but I didn't realize what I had done previously was the answer.

 

Within the RGT Get ActiveX References, I had to re-link those Automation Refums look for Excel.exe (in my earlier post) and everything works like it should. I likely need to do the same for the other Excel VIs in there, but I'll handle that when I need to use them.
