kindly give some suggestion in solving the problem.
I am using NI 9401 DIO module with 9074 chasis. i wanted to measure RPM of the encoder having 1024 pulses perrevolution. Maximum RPM is 3000rpm.
i tried in two different ways..one is measuring the pulse width converting into RPM. the second one is measuring the number of pulses in one second and then converting into rpm. unfortunately, in either ways i was not able to get the correct pulse width or pulse count. moreover readings that i got are nowhere linked with the actual values.
