RS 232 drivers for HP instruments

Hi

I'm using Labwindows and I'm looking for RS 232 drivers for HP lab
equiptment (HP 34401A, HP33120A). It doesn't need to be these exactly, I'm
prepared to write the high-level functions.

Furthermore - does anyone know of an LabWindows newsgroup ?
