RT Engine Info - Memory usage

The RT Engine Info can be viewed for a VI running on a FP-20XX. The value displayed is different for a VI under LabVIEW versus a VI running as a startup.exe on a FP-20XX.
Why is this value different and how accurate is it for both in terms of actual memory used?

This is an undocumented and unsupported feature because it has not been thoroughly tested. The numbers it returns can be a useful guideline for troubleshooting, but should not be viewed as 100% accurate, particularly after having run a VI, then closing it and running another.
