Rapid Control Prototyping kit download

I just bought the RCP toolkit for LabVIEW. However, I couldnt download it from the provided link with the shipment I got from National Instruments. I also tried downloading it from the VI package manager but did not work either. So, how do I get this addon for LabVIEW?

Hi navid,

What version of LabVIEW are you using? Also, what do you mean by the download didn't work - did the download fail, or it did not install correctly, etc.?
