somehow you failed in creating your own thread. (Why did you hijack an old unrelated thread?)

Do you want to display a history of samples (amount of samples for 15min) on a chart?

Then you have to change the history size of the chart as needed. Don't forget to enable autoscaling of the X axis (or set the axis to 15min in general)…
