here how can i measure load cell, strain gauge and LVDT in terms of kN, Microstrains, mm using usb 6211 together without using daq assistant, can you give some ideas for that? what will be the values when it was in a no load condition?

When you have questions about DAQmx usage you should create a new thread! (I moved your message…)

DAQmx comes with a lot of example VIs, you should study them. There are examples showing how to read multiple channels and there are examples of applying user scales on those values…

 the same i need to use it for load cell measurement using usb 6211 can you explain me for that or the same thing you listed will applicable for me? i was using a signal conditioner of output signal o-10V,0-20mA with 1.5mv/v excitation, how can i start with that, the same i need to do it for strain and lvdt
