Re: clear a buffer

while running the program, i am getting the data from the previous experiment that is the buffer is not cleared. so how can i clear it by deleting the history.

 

I am facing a problem while connecting an empty array to delete the history

Hi ranjan,

 

when you have problems with your VI then you should attach that VI - not just an image of a small part of the block diagram of that VI…

 

I think there is no history property for strings: So what do you want to achieve here?

Have you tried saying "Please", or the Magic Word?  If you attach your VI so we can understand what you are doing, and the context in which this "clearing" should occur, we can provide something other than a facetious answer.

Which Buffer?  Is it from an instrument or in your code?  Provide the vi along with information (model#) on any instruments that are part of your test system along with their interfaces.  It makes things Sooooooooooo much easier to understand your issue and thereby, help you.
