Yes. A NI's personnel introduce labview feature in this video( http://www.ni.com/try-labview/instrument-control/ ). 

I will find FRF measurement examples shipped with LV.  Add a known resistor or maybe better a known capacitor and ı can calculate the impedance.

I coarsly know the capacity of your DUT. I know the frequency range of interest. Do the math and ı hope DONE .

When connected my devices to computer, automatically dowload some files. Is it enough ?

Also ı dowloaded drivers. After dowloaded ı cut and paste bin file in attachment.I that right ?

No, it's not enough. If you had used the Help option I mentioned, the drivers would have been unzipped and installed to the correct location. You need to follow the instructions on the driver page which basically tells you to unzip the downloads and move them to your instr.lib folder.

It looks like you have the drivers you need, but you still have to write the program to make them all work together. And to do that you will need to get into the tutorials that were mentioned earlier.
