Read Memory Register from PCI-Card (without divice driver)

I want to program a vi in Labview. This vi should send and receive data with a PCI-Card. I can send data with the "Out Port.vi" when i write on the output register (adress 0xD100) of the PCI-Card. That´s OK.

But the receive is the problem. The receive data saved in the memory range on the PCI-card (adress 0xEC000000). When i use the "In Port.vi" it dose not work with this adress. I think the "In Port.vi" don´t supports the 32-bit adress.

It exists no device driver for the PCI-Card.

I use Windows XP

How can i read from this Memory range on the PCI-card?
