Read and display picture from spreadsheet

I want to be able to search a string in a column of a spreadsheet, and if the string is found, I want to display the picture that is associated to that string. In my first column, I have the strings, and in the second column, I have the pictures. Can someone please tell me how can I do this and can you please give me an example?

I will leave the spreadsheet, so you can see what I'm talking about.
