Real FFT.vi

I cannot find Real FFT.vi anywhere in this version. I am going through Advanced LabVIEW lab by Essick (Chapter 9, page 248) and am building software spectrum analyzer.

If you have LabVIEW 7.1, just use the plain FFT. It is now polymorphic and will automatically adapt to real or complex input. You can also display the polymorphic selector (right-click...visible items) and choose "Real FFT".

Make sure you have LabVIEW full or above. LabVIEW base does not include fft.

Thanks, that was the problem, I have 7.0 base at home and full in the college Lab. I got around not having the Real FFT.vi by loading up 7.0 student edition at home and copying the Real FFT.vi into the subdirectory that was missing that vi. Appreciate the help.
