Rebooting a standalone RT target?

I am trying to reboot a cRIO-9012 RT target programmatically.  Currently, I am using the RT Reboot Controller VI with Local Subnet = F and the IP address and MAC address given to me by MAX.  This works fine when the software is deployed to the target from the development computer, but the software needs to be able to run as a startup with no network connection.  Do you have any ideas how I could make this work?  Thanks!

You can use the local host address (127.0.0.1) to reboot the local controller. See the attached VI.
