Record two consecutive pulses on oscilloscope

I have alternating pulses from two different light sources; in other words, one light source pulses on while the other is off, and vice versa. I would like to record two consecutive pulses in real-time and simultaneously perform math on them by taking the ratio. Thanks!

What's the make and model of the scope? You can go to the Tools menu in LabVIEW and select Instrumentation>Find Instrument Drivers. You can look at https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/instrument-drivers.html to see what a driver is and how to use it. I would recomend first setting up the scope manually to capture the two traces and then determining what functions in the driver are required to duplicate your setup.
