Reed contact anemometer DAQ USB 6351

hello I have a reed contact amemometer which generates a square signal between 0 and 5v. I use the USB 6351 card to acquire this signal I want to determine the signal frequency in real time to determine the wind speed Wind speed (km/h)=0.8*F(Hz)+3.

Don't place Start Task and Clear Task in the while loop. Please refer to the shipping examples at Help >> Find Examples... >> Hardware Input and Output >> NI-DAQmx
