May be its just crashed immediately after start. Could be an issue with third-party DLL, for example. Check Application Log in the Event Viewer, may be some useful information dropped here.

Are you saying

"LabVIEW.EXE, the development program, will not open"

or

"I or someone else created an EXE with LabVIEW, and now that created EXE application will not load"

?

In either case, add some more information (which version of LabVIEW was involved, what NI software is installed, what OS version, etc.).

You've provided almost no useful information to help us help you (other than the hint that you might be trying to use LabVIEW 2016 on some unknown type of PC).  Do you know anybody with LabVIEW experience who can visit you (perhaps tele-visit), ask questions, see your system, look at the software you think you've installed, etc?

Or you can try to provide as detailed a description as you think a blindfolded LabVIEW expert sitting beside you might want to know.. PC or MAC?  Windows or Linux?  Version of LabVIEW, along with Additional Features and Drivers.  Who did the installation?  Can you open LabVIEW in Development Mode?  Does anyone in your IT group have LabVIEW experience (even if it's only doing a LabVIEW installation)?

You already got some good answers, here are a few more questions:

  • Did it work in the past but not anymore or did it never work?
  • Does it work on a different computer?
  • Who manages your PC? (yourself, IT?)
  • Do you run any third party antivirus, firewall, or other security software?
  •  How do you start the program? (e.g. if this is the development system: by clicking a VI pr project or by running labview.exe first?)
  • Does anything show in the task manager or task bar?
  • What is your OS? LabVIEW 2016 is not officially supported under windows 11.
  • If it is a standalone executable built in LabVIEW, what does the program do, who wrote it and who built it?
  • If tis is on Windows, Is this an intel/AMD processor or an ARM processor?
  • etc.

1. Yes it is used to work fine before

2. Yes in other benches also it is working

3.Myself

4.No third party antivirus, firewall

5. From NI Test it will get called automatically(first it will call for .exe then afterwards it will call the project VI), but it is not opening or launching

6.Even if we try to launch the labview application neither it is opening  nor throwing the error

7.Nothing it is showing in the task manager

8.OS: Windows 10 Enterprise

9.Intel(R) processor

Yes, it looks like a crash and at a very 'low level' in KernelBase.dll. You can also take a look in %UserProfile%\Documents\LabVIEW Data\LVInternalReports\LabVIEW, but I don't think you will see much. It might be simpler to reinstall LabVIEW from scratch; this should help and may be faster than further investigation of the root cause.

Do you have just pure LabVIEW 2016 "out of the box", or also some toolkits/drivers installed (like DAQmx, IMAQ, etc?)
