Registration wizard.exe

Hi, I installed LV 2011 since a few days (Vista 32bit os), But often a process named registration wizard starts by alone eating more or less 50% of cpu. This process is present even when I am not using any software by NI. 

Is there any solution? Can I stop any service from services console in order to stop it forever?

Not sure if the problem was identified. You may need to contact NI Tech Support directly and reference that thread.
