Remaining Services in Windows after correct uninstallation

I uninstalled LabView and all the extra programs/extensions via the Package Manager and after that the package manager itself via Windows Control Panel.

After rebooting my PC i still have 10 to15 services active from NI in Windows Services. Unfortunately some of these services are blocking the internet connection when using certain other programs which means i manually must stop all these services before using these programs. Is there a way to get rid of that stuff without a complete new Windows Installation? I am quite annoyed and frustrated and thankful for any help.

If you have access to PowerShell with admin rights you could do what's listed here:

Other than that, could you set all the services to "Disabled" in their properties menu, under "Startup type"?
