Hi Justin!
This patch did resolve the issue. Now I can access my remote targets. Thank you very much!
Should I do now something to wrap this topic up?
Kind regards,
Mart J

Hi Mart,
Glad to hear you're up and running! We're incorporating this fix into a new release of MAX, so for now keep working with the DLL we sent over. Hopefully by next week we will have a full distribution that fixes this issue (and is more robust than the DLL we sent). I'll put that build up on our FTP when it's available, and I'd like you to test this version out as well to make sure it fixes your issue. Keep an eye on this discussion forum as I'll post here when it's ready. Thanks!

Hi Mart,
We've got a final version of mxRmCfg.dll that we'd like you to test and make sure your issue is still resolved. I've placed the file up on our FTP, here:
ftp://ftp.ni.com/outgoing/mxRmCfg_Juurma.zip
Extract mxRmCfg.dll from that zip file and place it here, after stopping NI System Web Server service and all its dependencies (as before):
C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\MAX\Bin
Please let us know if this new DLL still resolves your issue. Thanks!

Hi Justin!
I was rather busy last week, so I was not able to test the dll. Could you please reupload the .zip file.
Thanks!

Better yet, install NI System Configuration 1.1.4, which contains the fix for this issue (included in MAX 4.7.4, which is included in this distribution):
