Reset XY Graph on Button Press Fully

I found another thread regarding this problem and the subtraction seems to be the only way to fix this. I will see how I can implement this because the value needs to be subtracted continuously after the Reset button was pressed. And when I press it again the subtracted value needs to be adjusted. 
If you have a thought how this would work easily i would appreciate the share.

A subtraction is trivial. Just keep the reference in a shift register as already explained and update it if needed.
