Right click menu not popup on win7

The program working fine on xp.

When right click on a picture ring, it will popup a menu for user to select.

But now on win7, when right click, it will not popup the menu any more.

Is it because the runtime engine is too old. Any link for new runtime engine.

Or anyone met this issue before, any suggestion, thanks.

I believe there is a compatability table somewhere on the ni website. What version of runtime are you using?
