RoboRio Blinking Status Unrecoverable

Hello,

We are robotics team 9172 (rookie team) and have been having difficulties imaging our roborio. After using the roborio imaging tool, we tried to "Edit Startup Settings" and are getting a continuous blinking light suggesting that it is unrecoverable. Is there anything we can do at this time to get our roborio out of this state? Thank you

I use the "predecessor" to the RoboRio, called the myRIO.  Can you describe the pattern of the blinking lights?  [I'm not sure that NI uses the same "code" for its status lights, but I think I've seen it on two families of RIO boards].

By any chance, is it going blink-blink-blink (pause) blink-blink-blink (which I'll call the 3-blink, or "S", code)?  Is it blinking in a 2-blink ("I") code?  Or are they all equally-spaced blinks, with no "pauses"?

There are no pauses in between the blinks. Is there a number I can call for help? Or any other thoughts?

As a "robotics team", you should have a phone number or e-mail contact for NI Technical Support (or your sponsor should have one).  You probably need a roboRIO expert to help you ...
