Running VI causes LV crash

Hello all,

Whenever I try and run my VI, LabView crashes and and I get an error message (see below). It is a very simple VI, it fetches some data from an .mdb file through LabSQL and organizes it into a few tables, so I'm not sure why it is causing an error.

Has anyone ever experienced this? My other VI's run fine so I'm sure it is something specific to this one.
