Running vi:s after building application doesn't work

I have a main program that is calling vi:s with input parameters, this works fine , but efter Building the application, it will not work anymore, i keep getting the dialog window, that says i subvia is not executable and i need the full dev version to fix it, i have the full dev version. I tried to make a start. vi that runns the main, but as sone as i build a app,i keep getting the same error codes , 1003, and 1044.
i also have tried to configure the vi server.
i'm lost, need help..

If you are using vi server, be sure to include/add all called vi's as dynamic vi's. You might also check to make sure all your vi's are from the same version of LabVIEW. If these suggestions don't help you might attach your vi's and exe so people can take a look at them.
