The example code and author are just random from the internet. I started using labview almost two weeks ago so already starting to use ActiveX has been a steep learning curve and I opted to start with any decent example I could. And the example mostly works, it has an error it seems when building the array but as that is the part of the code I don't need it works well as an example.
Thank you for the ActiveX tip, definitely didn't know that. Also I'll look through the excel board you linked and see if i can find anything helpful and post back here when something changes.
