You can find the pinout for the PXI-6515 by going to the User Manual for that device:
Digital I/O Help for 6509/651x/6520/6521/6528 Devices (User Manual and Specifications)

From that User Manual you can find the pinouts and those map directly to the SCB-100

Unfortunately there is not an SCB-100 Quick Reference available for the 6515, but if you wanted the basic one for E-Series devices you can find it here:
