SIT 4.0 installs VIs that already exist elsewhere in the vi.lib path

I installed SIT 4.0 with LabVIEW 8.5. Now, when  opening my project, I get conflicts with the Create Semaphore and Acquire Semaphore VIs. They are now in TWO places in vi.lib. If I choose one of them, my own VIs that use these VIs show needing updating. If I choose the other, then the FTP Open Session.vi used by SIT needs updating:
