SP7 not listed at Activate Add-ons

I am now install a third part VI pachage SP7 to my PC, when going to activate SP7 at Activate Add-ons, I cannot find the SP7 listed there, refer to the picture attached. Any gunious know what is wrong and how to fix this this? Thanks
