SSP Price has doubled!

Just go me reminder that my SSP needs to be renewed soon and the price has doubled! 

$500 was one easy to get but $1000 puts it into a higher level of management aproval and that much harder to justify. 

It was fun while it lasted but it looks like 2012 will be the end of the upgrade train for me...

I think I know what is happening but want to ensure with you so we can get to the bottom of this.

I know in our upgrade advisor http://ohm.ni.com/advisors/ua/pages/ua/intro.xhtml the SSP price it displays defaults to two years. If you click on the "Renew for LabVIEW Full 2012" button (or similar button it will show the selection for 1, 2, or 3, years. I am thinking the ~$1000 you are seeing is the price for 2 years while the price for 1 year would be about half of that ~$500. I am working to make this experience clearer and easier for renewing and apologize for any confusion this has caused.

If you saw this increased price somewhere else (an email communication, a letter, a phone call, etc) please let me know in a private message and I'll help resolve it.
