Save all (this Project) doesn't save the first time (LV 8.6)

I have to select "Save all (this Project)" twice every time I make changes in order for the astrick next to the project name to go away. This just started happening in LV 8.6. It's getting annoying. What's going on?

Hi George,

Strange I don't see this. 

Maybe you can try it with a test project which I posted here when I change something CTL-S or the menu choice will save all with one action.

Maybe you can also answer my question in the linked thread.
