Scale Tab does not appear in knob properties dialog box

I am running the "Getting Started with labVIEW and cannot get the scale tab to appear when I select the knob properties dialog box. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Odd... What does your properties dialog look like? Can you post a screenshot of the dialog box? Also, what version of LabVIEW are you running?
