Scp command for enable and setting up trace for power sensor

While working on power sensor (U20221XA) using Aglient U2000 drivers i was trying to setup trace using built in vi from aglient U2000 drivers but i was unable to setup trace for measuring Rise and Fall time. So Can anyone suggest me scp commands for same.

Have you tried searching the programmers manual for the SCPI command? https://www.keysight.com/us/en/assets/9018-06011/programming-guides/9018-06011.pdf
