There is a scratch in camera i need to find using visual inspection. Kindly some one help on this.

Are you trying to automate the visual inspection aspect or do you want a 2nd pair of eyes to come take a look at the camera?

yes i need to do automate visual inspection. once i keep the mobile device (camera Area) it should have to show the result of pass or fail. based on scratch & dust.

There are some 'musts' for industrial visual inspection. Controlled environment and lighting are the most important ones. 

Make sure every inspection has the same environment and use lighting that makes your scratch easily visible. Don't analyze the whole picture, if you can arrange your specimen to be at the same position for every inspection.
