Seconds To Date/Time Function

In the Seconds To Date/Time Function, I like to know weather the  fractional second output is giving in milliseconds or microseconds. In he help context fractional second is the fractions of a second since the start of the second. Values must be greater than or equal to 0 and less than 1.

It is just a decimal fraction of a second. A millisecond would show as 0.001s, etc.
