Start with providing much more detail.

Securegen is a medical company. Are you talking about secugen instead?

How do you capture images? What drivers? What LabVIEW version? What bitness? What toolkits? What OS?

Are there any error messages? How often does it crash (always? sometimes?). Did it work in the past?

If you have LabVIEW code that fails, attach the code (preferably "Save for Previous Version" specifying LabVIEW 2021, which most of the readers of the LabVIEW Forum will be able to open).  What is the name of the camera you are using?  Be sure you spell it correctly.  It might help to tell us the model number, as well.

If your VI depends on sub-VIs that you wrote, you should attach the entire LabVIEW Project.
