Greetings,
for my university thesis i've need to develop a (relatively) complete software that takes in input a seismic signal, i dont' know how, (nidaq simulated driver, what instrument or blocks?) , plots, and draws other 3 graphics based on a long formula on the seismic track acquired. A routine of simulation of correct functioniing should be implemented. Also a generation of report files, in SEED (a special seismic data file format) should be implemented.
It's quite difficult. i'm a relatively new user of labview.
What blocks, functions, parts of theory should i study to do this? are there any specific VI that can be useful if well linked to to these things?
I've not obviuosy a seismograph. nor a real Data acquisition card.
THe seismic signal is not a well know waveform like a sinusoid or sawtooth or similar, it' looks like this in attachment:
