The final product will be and executable, But now the executable does not work fine (my program works just in development environment becuase DSC run time engine does not work yet for me). So for that reason i need that the client see the program working in his company, and the only way that I think that it is possible is leave the development program and protect it with a password but as you say the code is still there... Create an executable from your project, and sell that to that company. You also need to sell them a DSC RTS ( https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019LRUSA2&l=en-US ) , or they can buy it as well.
If you give them your source code, they still need to have licence for LabVIEW AND for DSC! If you give a company your Executable, they only need a LV RTE (free of charge) and a single licence (per PC) of DSC RTS. This would be the proper way to sell your product.
