Why can't I communicate serially with another product?

I do have the same problem to have a proper communication with my serial device through LabView.

For proper communication i want to insert inter-character delay in the command.

But through LabView i dont know how to do it.

Hi Sujit,

Can you communicate at all with your device through LabVIEW?  Have you tried any example programs?  Are you getting any types of errors when you run your program?
