Hello,
I posted awhile ago about a bug relating to the Actor Framework "Rescript Message" submenu going missing after an update: https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Rescripting-Actor-Messages-in-LabVIEW-2023-Q3/m-p/4336331#M1271048
Now, after the update of 2024 Q1 to 2024 Q1 Patch 1, all "Actor Framework" submenus for scripting are missing.
For example,
When I create a new project, the submenu to create a new Actor is missing:
When right-clicking a pre-existing message of a pre-existing Actor, the submenu to "Rescript Message" is missing (same bug as previously reported):
When right-clicking on a class member VI to create a message, the submenu for message creation is missing:
So, basically the Actor Framework is totally unusable in 2024 Q1 Patch 1.

I was unable to reproduce this behavior. I am able to see all the Actor Framework right-click menus in the project in my installation of LabVIEW 2024 Q1 Patch 1. You may need to repair your installation. Especially since I also don't see 'Class' and 'Interface' in your My Computer > New right-click menu, and those should definitely be there.
Oh, one quick thing to check... any chance you renamed your [LabVIEW 2024]\resource\Framework\Providers\GProviders folder while troubleshooting things, and you forgot to rename it back?
